The mattes were consistently better-performing than the shimmers, though two shimmers were superb and one was a dud. Shell We Celebrate is a medium peach with warmer, more orange-leaning undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was soft, lightly powdery but blendable and not apt to sheer out too readily.
