Thalgo Eye Roll-On contains active ingredients that help reduce dark circles, fine lines and puffiness around the eyes. It has an applicator with 3 metal balls which cools while massaging the skin. To use: Apply mornings and/or evenings to the eye contour area, under or over makeup. Work from the inner to the outer corners of the eyes, then from the temples towards the brow bones. Lightly tap any excess product to help it absorb. Please note that this product is even more effective if stored in a refrigerator.
