The Rehydrating Ginseng Toner provides a nurturing formula that helps balance the skins pH levels whilst simultaneously preserving its natural oils. With a formula containing extracts of Korean Ginseng, Quillaja Wood and Sweet Betty Flower it remains kind on skin with a non-harsh formula that avoids alcohol or harsh detergents. Combining natural cleansers with soothing ginseng, it revitalises the skin for a brighter, hydrated complexion. To use: Apply to cleansed face. Apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe over the face to apply. Avoid contact with the eye.
